Gold and silver hit all-time highs on rising uncertainty, while U.S. stock futures little changed

U.S. stock-market futures were flat Monday while gold and silver futures hit new all-time highs, amid uncertainty around the Feds independence and the Trump administrations tariffs, as well as rising optimism about potential interest-rate cuts.
